Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates for critical roles. You will build pipelines across trades, engineering, and management, while upholding KE values of Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.

You’ll deliver market insights, manage evergreen pipelines, and partner with recruiters and leaders to fill high-priority positions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated success proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Experience supporting high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Talent Identification: develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand: support talent attraction campaigns across social media and professional networks.
• Recruiter & Hiring Manager Partnership: collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities and profiles.
• Recruiting Technology & Analytics: maintain recruiting data in ATS/CRM and use analytics to improve sourcing results.
