Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition in scale-ups, SaaS, or fast-paced tech.
• Proven ability to source across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM.
• Strong market mapping and research skills.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret sourcing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to generate qualified candidates.
• Perform market mapping and talent landscape analysis to identify target pools.
• Design advanced searches and sourcing strategies across channels.
• Craft personalized outreach and nurture campaigns for niche roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and strategy.
• Screen candidates and hand over to recruiters and managers.
