• Proven success proactively sourcing passive candidates.

• Strong written and verbal communication for compelling outreach.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Talent Identification: develop sourcing strategies for high-priority positions.
• Identify active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and networks.
• Build targeted pipelines across trades, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Engage candidates and maintain pipeline health with ongoing communication.
