Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to drive procurement for store equipment and related services, including asset protection. You will gather requirements, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and administer agreements to improve spend and quality.

You will partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing activities, build collaborative relationships, and deliver improved cost, service levels, and total-cost-of-ownership across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
• Experience with in-store equipment sourcing and asset protection is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, bidding, and contract negotiations for designated categories.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost, quality and service improvements.
• Lead supplier evaluations, market research, and financial analyses to support decision making.
