Job summary

7-Eleven seeks an Associate Sourcing Manager to lead indirect spend activities across Marketing, Corporate Services and related categories. You will gather requirements, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and administer supplier relationships to improve spend and service levels.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive compliance with sourcing policies, build financial models, and support supplier onboarding and risk management while maintaining strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3+ years in sourcing/procurement.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong financial analysis, market research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office and procurement tools; ability to analyze data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes, including data/spend analysis, RFx events and negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing with business goals and cost objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to optimize TCO and risk management.
• Assist onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance with policies.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to support daily operations.
