Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to lead procurement of store equipment and related services. You will drive RFx events, negotiate contracts, and analyze spend to improve cost and service levels.

The role partners with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support store operations and asset protection. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sourcing/procurement, with strong negotiation and financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; 3+ years relevant experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis and legal/compliance awareness.
• Experience with store equipment procurement (fixtures, refrigeration, HVAC, signage) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes including RFx events, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze spend data and build financial models to compare proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely supplier performance and onboarding.
