Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to support sourcing activities for Private Brands and Fresh Food categories. You will gather requirements, analyze spend and markets, develop RFx, evaluate proposals, and manage supplier onboarding and ongoing performance.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, and other stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk while ensuring policy compliance across sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes for assigned categories, including data and spend analysis, market research, scoping, bidding, contract support, compliance, and supplier management.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing execution and business goals.
• Develop and execute RFx/sourcing events, including supplier discovery, bid analysis, and negotiation preparation.
• Support contract development, negotiations, and renewals with a focus on pricing, performance measures, and total cost of ownership.
• Research potential suppliers and assess capability, lead times, and risk.
• Analyze financial models and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop inventory procurement and lifecycle strategies to support on-time launches and minimize excess inventory.
