Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to support sourcing activities for Private Brands and Fresh Food categories, including spend analysis, RFx development, supplier onboarding, and contract support.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal and other partners to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute 7-Eleven sourcing processes for assigned categories, including data and spend analysis, market research, scoping, bidding, contract support, compliance, and supplier management activities.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing execution and business goals.
• Support development and execution of RFx/sourcing events, including supplier discovery, bid analysis, scenario modeling, stakeholder feedback, and negotiation preparation.
• Support contract development, negotiations, and renewals with suppliers, partnering with Legal and sourcing leadership on pricing, performance measures, service requirements, supplier accountability, remedies, termination options, and total cost of ownership while reducing risk.
• Research potential domestic and international suppliers and support evaluation of supplier capability, capacity, lead times, compliance readiness, cost structure, and fit for assigned business needs.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions with stakeholders, provide clear progress updates, and help translate sourcing priorities into actionable next steps.
• Build and analyze financial models, including proposal comparisons, cost scenarios, market benchmarks, and supplier recommendations, and present findings in a clear and concise format.
