Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive complex, high-impact procurement initiatives across construction, engineering, facilities and related services. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages RFx events, negotiates contracts and partners with senior leaders to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategic sourcing, strong data analytics, and proven leadership. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Experience leading sourcing/procurement teams to develop category plans and Sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for designated categories using data insights.
• Lead RFQ/RFP events, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts and drive favorable terms.
• Oversee multi-year procurement programs, ensuring cost, quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and cross-functional partners in sourcing standards.
