Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to support Private Brands and Fresh Food categories. You will gather requirements, analyze spend and markets, develop RFx events, evaluate proposals, onboard suppliers, and manage ongoing supplier performance.

Collaborate with Legal, Product Development, and Supply Chain to execute sourcing plans, build financial models, assess risk, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and analyzing financial models to evaluate cost scenarios and supplier proposals.
• Strong organization, contract administration, and purchasing terminology knowledge.
• Experience sourcing food, ingredients, or similar products in restaurant or foodservice environments.
• Understanding of logistics, lead times, and landed cost concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data reporting tools to support sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes for assigned categories, including data analysis and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, and other stakeholders to meet goals.
• Develop and execute RFx events, supplier discovery, bid analysis, and negotiations prep.
• Support contract development, pricing, performance measures, and supplier accountability.
• Evaluate supplier capability, capacity, and lead times to fit business needs.
• Analyze financial implications and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
