Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager who will handle Marketing, Corporate Services, and other indirect spend categories, including requirements gathering, RFPs, contract negotiations, and administration to improve spend, quality, and minimize risk.

You will partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to execute procurement activities, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and drive cost and service improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Minimum of 3+ years procurement or sourcing experience.
• Experience with RFx, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes including data/spend analysis, market research, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support business goals.
• Lead RFx events and provide bid analysis and negotiation input.
• Manage suppliers to meet specifications and ensure timely execution.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance with policies.
