Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Associate Sourcing Manager to support Private Brands and Fresh Food categories. You’ll gather requirements, perform spend and market analysis, develop RFx, evaluate proposals, onboard suppliers, and manage ongoing supplier performance.

You will partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive cost, quality, service, and risk management. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in sourcing or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Private Brands, consumer packaged goods, food/beverage, fresh food.
• Strong financial modeling and cost analysis skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent MS Office skills and cross-functional collaboration.
