Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead negotiations with large CPG manufacturers and National Brands. You will partner with Merchandise Category leaders, Marketing and cross-functional teams to leverage enterprise spend and drive cost savings, trade funding, and margin improvements.

The role requires 15+ years of sourcing leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years leading large, complex teams or sourcing functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a National Brands negotiations team leveraging enterprise scale to deliver cost savings.
• Collaborate with category teams to shape supplier negotiation strategies and terms.
• Drive data-driven sourcing with should-cost analyses, benchmarks, and supplier insights.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, trade funds, payment terms, and contract clauses.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with large CPG manufacturers and national brands.
• Lead annual business reviews and vendor performance negotiations.
