Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic Sourcing and Implementation professional to manage NPC aggregation activities in the Vizient system. You will partner with Yale New Haven, NPC staff, and Vizient stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service, value, and support to NPC members.

You will lead negotiations, influence supplier terms, and oversee onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective RFP execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of health care contracting, negotiating, or sales experience.
• Experience in management, leading teams, or consulting preferred.
• Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to senior management.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Yale New Haven/NPC sourcing teams to achieve common goals.
• Develop pipeline and opportunities for growth with NPC teams.
• Lead NPC member relationship support and value delivery in RFP processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to drive value in RFPs and contracting.
• Collaborate with analysts to develop reporting insights for contracting.
