Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is a leading health care solutions company seeking a strategic sourcing leader. The role focuses on managing NPC aggregation activity, coordinating with Yale New Haven and NPC staff to deliver best-in-class value and contract performance.

You will mentor the sourcing team, drive negotiations in the RFP process, and develop reporting insights to support procurement decisions across multiple hospital departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in health care contracting, negotiating, or sales.
• Management or consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Yale New Haven/NPC sourcing teams.
• Partner with teams to develop pipeline and opportunities for growth.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers to drive value in RFPs.
• Collaborate with analysts to develop reporting insights for contracting.
• Mentor and develop members of the sourcing team.
• Support Reveal program expansion through recruitment and onboarding of suppliers.
