Vizient is seeking a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC) to lead performance, execution and member experience across NPC programs. This role partners with NPC sourcing, analytics, implementation, clinical and Vizient teams to prioritize, communicate, implement and sustain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MHA).
• 10+ years in healthcare ops, program performance or related fields.
• 7+ years with healthcare providers or health systems.
• Experience leading performance, implementation and operational delivery.
• GPO or healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Proven ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider ops, sourcing, contracting and change mgmt.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans with milestones and ownership.
• PM, facilitation, communication and relationship-management skills; PM certification preferred.
• Track record of delivering measurable results and meeting goals.
• Ability to identify risks, remove barriers, and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Coaching and collaborative leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPC’s program-performance framework with goals, plans, milestones and measures.
• Oversee governance to monitor and improve NPC programs and initiatives.
• Design and manage NPC committees, subcommittees and workgroups.
• Serve as primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members.
• Build relationships with executives across functions to advance NPC initiatives.
• Lead engagement and accountability processes: scorecards, reviews and action plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end NPC initiatives: prioritization, enrollment, planning and value realization.
• Establish local governance structures for timely adoption and sustained results.
• Translate member needs into actionable recommendations for leadership and delivery teams.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, resolve barriers, escalate as needed.
• Develop standardized tools, reporting and resources for consistent member experience.
• Collaborate with sourcing, analytics, clinical and Vizient teams on strategy and delivery.
• Support NPC and Vizient tools, analytics and partnerships to drive value.
• Foster cross-member collaboration and sharing of best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve NPC programs and member engagement.
• Support onboarding, planning and integration into NPC governance.
