Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC) to drive performance, execution, and member experience across programs and initiatives.

You will collaborate with NPC sourcing, analytics, implementation, clinical, and Vizient teams to prioritize and execute value-driven projects. You will engage executive leaders across provider organizations, guiding governance, scorecards, and accountability while advancing adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• MBA/MPH/MHA preferred.
• Ten or more years in healthcare operations or program performance.
• Experience leading provider-facing initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders across functions.
• GPO, healthcare supply chain, or purchased services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC's program-performance framework with goals, plans, milestones, owners, and measures.
• Oversee governance and processes to monitor NPC program performance.
• Design and manage NPC committees, workgroups, and forums for member engagement and execution.
• Serve as a primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members.
• Build relationships with executives across supply chain, finance, clinical operations, and value analysis.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of NPC initiatives, including prioritization and implementation.
• Establish local governance structures to enable timely adoption and sustained results.
• Translate member needs and performance gaps into actionable recommendations.
