Job summary

Vizient seeks a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC). You will drive performance, execution and member experience across NPC programs, coordinating with sourcing, analytics, implementation, clinical, and Vizient teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.

You will engage leaders across provider organizations, translate needs into actionable plans, establish governance, monitor risks, and deliver sustained value for NPC members.

Qualifications

• MBA/MPH/MHA degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, program performance, procurement, or consulting.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare providers and complex provider organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC’s program-performance framework, including goals, plans, milestones, owners and measures.
• Oversee governance structures to monitor and improve NPC programs and initiatives.
• Design and manage committees, subcommittees, and workgroups for member engagement.
• Serve as a primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members.
• Build relationships with executives across supply chain, finance, clinical operations and more.
• Develop dashboards, performance reports, and updates for NPC leadership and the Board.
