Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to manage sourcing and implementation for the NPC aggregation group within Vizient and aptitude systems.

You will partner with Yale New Haven, NPC staff and internal Vizient stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service, value, and support to NPC members. You will establish strong relationships with NPC teams, drive pipeline growth, lead negotiations, guide RFP processes, mentor sourcing staff, and support Reveal program expansion and supplier

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare contracting, negotiations or sales.
• Experience leading teams or consulting preferred.
• Strong presenting skills to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage NPC sourcing and implementation strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure best terms and value.
• Coordinate with Yale New Haven and NPC teams for ongoing opportunities.
• Mentor and develop sourcing staff and support program expansion.
