• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing (indirect) with category management and negotiation.
• Communication with all levels of the organization and supplier partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead category sourcing for assigned indirect categories (EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Partner with stakeholders to source indirect goods and services.
• Negotiate and finalize new supplier contracts and manage existing ones.
• Manage RFP events and ensure purchasing discipline and compliance.
• Review BuyNow requests and supplier setups; collaborate with legal/compliance.
