Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Sourcing to lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories and manage supplier relationships across the enterprise. You will drive competitive bids, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation to deliver best value for Cardinal Health.

The role collaborates with business partners to understand sourcing needs, execute RFPs, and ensure compliant procurement practices while optimizing total cost of ownership across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and negotiation is preferred.
• Effective communication in English and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Category Sourcing Lead for the assigned indirect categories (e.g., Environmental Health and Safety, Energy and Facilities).
• Partner with stakeholders within indirect categories to source goods and services.
• Negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
