Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Sourcing for indirect categories to lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization. You will partner with category teams and suppliers to deliver value while managing risk.

You will run RFPs, manage supplier relationships, ensure contract compliance, and contribute to financial outcomes. Anticipated salary range is $82,100–$105,480 with a robust benefits program and 11/23/2026 application close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing (indirect) including category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Effective communication in English and presentation skills across all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead category sourcing for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Partner with stakeholders and indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
