Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing (indirect), category management, supplier management and negotiation preferred.
• Effective communication in English and presentation skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Demonstrates a strong financial acumen.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Category Sourcing Lead for the assigned indirect categories (e.g., Environmental Health & Safety, Energy and Facilities).
• Primary sourcing business partner support for key stakeholders within indirect categories.
• Work closely with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups within assigned categories.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure favorable contract terms.
