Job summary
IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a high-impact Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead a team responsible for driving growth of Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs and related construction tech solutions. This remote US role combines people leadership, revenue accountability, partner management, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will oversee client engagements, develop growth strategies, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with Sales,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and future portfolios.
- Forecast pipeline, revenue, and resources; align with partner priorities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive cross-sell and upsell.
- Drive adoption of consultative selling and executive engagement best practices.
