This role blends product development with pre- and post-sale motions, serving as a trusted technical lead for top accounts and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable value. You will engage with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Post Sales, and Product teams to accelerate customer journeys in container and AI workflows, deliver custom demos, and produce

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
• Experience presenting solutions and demos to large audiences, virtual or in-person.
• Experience interfacing with internal product/engineering teams to improve enablement and features.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority customer technical engagements and define engagement plans.
• Create custom demos and content aligned to customer use cases.
• Coordinate with field teams to gather customer goals and translate into product feedback.
• Provide technical enablement content to customers and internal teams.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as a Docker representative.
