• High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic to drive outcomes.
• Outstanding intellect, drive and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain overall strategic goals and vision for the workstreams you own, aligning to RT's roadmaps.
• Build roadmap during annual budgeting and maintain throughout the year with project phasing.
• Develop close stakeholder relationships and advocate on their behalf.
• Create project charters and high-level requirements for discovery.
• Work with program management to ensure stage gates and project flow.
