Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in the P&C insurance industry or with a technology company serving the industry.
• Proven track record of high-impact leadership within insurance organizations or technology firms.
• Strong domain expertise in insurance systems and business applications software development processes.
• High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial work ethic and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Set and embed strategic goals and vision for the workstreams you own.
• Develop annual roadmaps and maintain them throughout the year.
• Break programs into phased projects with PM and technology teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and advocate for requirements across teams.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases (CBA).
• Coach staff and promote best practices in solutions and processes.
• Ensure delivery at scale, on time and within budget with KPI tracking.
