The role requires senior leadership and deep insurance industry knowledge to align programs with business success metrics and budgets, while collaborating with management, partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years post-graduate experience in the P&C insurance industry or technology serving the industry.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of insurance systems and software development processes.

• Define high-level goals for each program and embed roadmaps across teams.
