Job summary

Berkley Technology Services is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to bridge technology and insurance business units, translating strategies, regulatory needs, and operational requirements into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will partner with leaders across operations, underwriting, claims, finance, and security to shape initiatives into defined business cases and roadmaps while managing demand, governance, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technology-business partnership, IT relationship management, product management, project management, or consulting.
Strong understanding of insurance operations (policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing).
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Experience working in complex, regulated, and matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic liaison between Technology and WRB Insurance Business Units and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions.
Partner with business leaders, architecture, security, and vendors to align initiatives with enterprise standards.
Prioritize demands, shape initiatives into well-defined roadmaps and delivery plans.
Ensure initiatives comply with regulatory, audit, data privacy, and security requirements.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive benefits realization and value delivery.
Support governance forums, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
