Berkley Technology Services LLC in Urbandale, IA seeks a Solutions Delivery Manager to bridge Technology and WRB Insurance Business Units, translating business strategies into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will partner with product, architecture, delivery teams, and vendors to define roadmaps, manage demand, ensure regulatory and security standards, and drive benefits realization across multiple insurance functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology-business partnership experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing).
• Ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in complex, regulated, and matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between Technology and Insurance business units.
• Translate business strategies and regulatory requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with leadership, architecture, security, and vendors to define roadmaps.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure value realization.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance considerations are incorporated.
