You will partner with business leaders, architecture, security, and vendors to define, prioritize, and govern initiatives, manage demand and funding, and drive benefits realization across insurance functions. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology-business partnership or related fields.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives.
• Experience in regulated, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
