Zusammenfassung

impact.com is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with the sales team and drive revenue. You will combine technical knowledge with business insight to uncover customer goals, position impact.com's platform, and guide complex deals toward closure.

You will work alongside an Account Executive and, when needed, a Solutions Architect to craft compelling demos, craft scoping materials, and advance the customer through the decision process.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years working in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical sales, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering role (digital marketing/SaaS/tech preferred).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, web traffic/tracking flows, attribution, and file transfer systems.
• Ability to bridge technical features with tangible business value and strategic outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to engage at senior levels.
• Proven pre-sales track record delivering demonstrations, scoping solutions, and drafting RFP responses.
• Curiosity and continuous learning to stay ahead of product capabilities and industry trends.
• Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with cross-functional teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Core Account Team Partner: work with Account Executives to develop sales strategies and build prospect confidence in impact.com's platform.
• Consultative Discovery: conduct discovery sessions to document current and future states, requirements, outcomes, and metrics.
• Solution Architecture & Lifecycle Continuity: design solution plans and technical docs for onboarding and success teams.
• Solutions Sales Execution: deliver technical demos, assets, and customized presentations; scope solutions and run working sessions.
• RFPs & Security Questionnaires: draft responses and manage security questionnaires (e.g., SIG) timely.
• Product Feedback Loop: coordinate with product for roadmap input and articulate product vision to prospects.
• Scalable Asset Creation: create reusable content and best practices for the wider organization.
