Job summary

Syncron, a leading SaaS provider with a global footprint, seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive value during complex enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales, understand customer needs, and design tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI.

You will lead demonstrations and workshops, translate technical concepts into business language, and connect capabilities to outcomes across manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into effective technology solutions.
• Experience designing and presenting tailored proposals and workshops.
• Strong commercial awareness linking tech to business outcomes.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
