Workiva is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to influence revenue growth by engaging in sales pursuits and guiding value-based business decisions.

You will lead value assessments, develop business cases, and present to executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the Commercial Desk to ensure winning outcomes.

This role demands strong analytics, client advisory skills, and willingness to travel up to 40% to support customers across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Management and/or Value Consulting with a Bachelor's degree.
• Or 4 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 2 years.
• Public Sector or Financial Services experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and creative problem solving skills.
• Proven ability in presentation and document development.

Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams in a series of customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments.
• Identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers to describe how our solutions will solve challenges and align with desired outcomes.
• Drive production and assist in delivering executive level presentations with financial business cases for customer decisions.
• Assist the sales enablement teams on Value Management principles and tools.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.
• Ensure handoff of outcomes, current state, and measures of success to post-sale teams.
• Collect and measure industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.
