Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to guide customers through technology solutions and services, from initial discovery to close, building lasting relationships across the customer journey.

You will mentor Associate Solutions Consultants, lead projects, quote terms, analyze client needs, and collaborate with engineers to deliver measurable value and exceptional satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related Sales Experience in technology.
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Maintain an outcome-focused mindset.
• Strong prioritization skills and teamwork.
• Professional attitude and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to an Associate Solutions Consultant.
• Lead projects or teams as needed.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specs.
• Analyze client needs and manage satisfaction issues.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
• Collaborate with engineers regarding technical problems.
