Job summary

Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Technical Architect to develop, implement, and support network services for consulting clients, while mentoring others. You will identify business challenges, develop specifications, and lead the engineering team to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Practice Leads, project leadership, and staying current with vendor certifications to deliver world-class client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• At least two or more Professional level certifications.
• CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Execute projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads on time and on budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineers on project tasks.
• Lead engineers on multi-technology projects.
• Provide daily project updates and proactive communication.
