Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Relationship Manager within its Software Recruitment division to build strong client partnerships, lead recruitment delivery, and guide Talent Attraction teams to success.

You will translate client hiring needs into clear role specs, monitor KPIs, and provide market insights on software talent, salary trends, and hiring challenges to drive growth and digital transformation for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Relationship Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, or Recruitment Delivery role.
Strong understanding of software and technology roles across engineering, product, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading recruitment or Talent Attraction teams and managing service delivery against client expectations.

Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships through regular meetings to discuss recruitment performance and hiring needs.
Serve as the key contact for customers, understanding technical requirements of software roles.
Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and hiring challenges.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure weekly KPIs and client SLAs are met.
Collaborate with Sales, Talent Attraction, and Leadership to drive client outcomes.
