Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Relationship Manager, Customer Success, or Account Management role.
• Experience in technical sectors such as automation, robotics, or logistics is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for complex client relationships.
• Experience leading resourcing teams and managing service delivery in technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients in warehouse automation through regular meetings.
• Coordinate recruitment delivery with Talent Attraction teams to meet hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary trends for automation roles.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews presenting recruitment performance data.
