Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Relationship Manager - 3PL to build and maintain strategic partnerships with our end customers. You will manage client relationships, oversee recruitment delivery, and lead Talent Attraction teams to ensure high-quality, responsive service aligned with workforce objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Relationship Manager or related roles.
• Experience managing temporary staffing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading recruitment delivery or Talent Attraction teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and workforce management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially focused with service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct QBRs to review performance and workforce planning.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability and pay rates.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Coordinate with Talent Attraction to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Support account growth with business development.
• Lead internal collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
• Advise on attraction strategies and workforce planning.
