Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Recruiting Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the organization. You will manage requisitions, screen and interview candidates, and guide hiring managers through the process to ensure top talent is presented.

You will build meaningful candidate relationships, communicate effectively, and stay aligned with market trends and company needs. This role requires 5+ years of experience and strong negotiation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiator with excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, from intake to onboarding.
• Build relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and respect.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and goals.
• Provide updates to stakeholders throughout the process.
• Maintain data in ATS and drive process improvements.
• Source candidates via networks, databases, referrals, and research.
