Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a strategic Recruiting Partner to collaborate with technology, service, and operations leadership. You’ll shape talent solutions, guide hiring decisions, and build proactive pipelines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior roles, translate business strategy into recruiting plans, and deliver thoughtful talent strategies that align with workforce goals and affirmative action requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 3-5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and recruiting strategy.
• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to business and HR stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Workday, recruiting databases, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use data and labor market intelligence to influence hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology, service, and operations roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business goals, talent needs, and evolving workforce priorities.
• Engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Provide talent market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Advise hiring managers on evaluation, interview processes, and selection.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and business leaders on offers and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent mapping.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional recruiting projects.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with regulations and company policies.
