Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive the software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division. This hybrid onsite role will be based in Washington, D.C., and operate as a subject matter expert to recruit top-tier software engineers and shape our long-term talent strategy.

You will partner with TA, hiring managers, and senior leadership to develop strategies, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information in simple terms with a data-driven narrative.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor on complex hiring projects within the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with TA, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high‑impact hiring projects.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to improve interview-to-offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies to competitors and trends.
• Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally to sell our value proposition.
• Elevate recruitment best practices to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
