Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Contract) for software roles in the Air Dominance and Strike division. The role supports hybrid onsite work in Costa Mesa, Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, or remote. Open to contractors with opportunity to convert to full-time.

The recruiter will lead complex hires, shape long-term talent strategy, and partner with leadership to drive high-impact outcomes. DoD clearance eligibility is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive data-driven narratives.
• Proven leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence on TA best practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for process innovation.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews to maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and sell our value proposition internally and externally.
• Elevate recruitment practices to improve candidate experience and process efficiency.
