Job summary

You will act as a subject matter expert, building talent maps, leveraging tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and driving high-impact, complex hires while shaping long-term talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information in a simple, data-driven narrative.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and innovative TA processes with a focus on outcome.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools, automation, and data extraction techniques.
• Collaborate with TA, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive process improvements.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Engage passive candidates via Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem, conducting initial interviews with high interview-to-offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt strategies to competitor movements.
• Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally to attract top software talent.
• Elevate recruitment best practices to ensure a strong candidate experience and cross-team efficiency.
