Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive hardware hiring for the Air Dominance and Strike division. Hybrid onsite in CA, DC, MA, WA or remote; open to contract with conversion eligibility.

You will partner with TA, managers, and leadership to craft strategy, manage complex projects, and engage top hardware talent using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search.
• Ability to convey complex info with a data-driven narrative.
• Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence on TA goals.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment tech and process innovation.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews with high offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adapt strategies.
• Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally.
• Elevate recruitment practices for consistent candidate experience and efficiency.
