Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to lead software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division. Initially based in Costa Mesa, CA with expansion to Long Beach later.

You’ll act as an expert, shaping long-term talent plans and partnering with leadership to hire top-tier software engineers. Requires 5+ years in talent acquisition and DoD clearance eligibility, plus experience with TA tech like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
Ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive data-driven narratives.
Leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape strategy.
Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
Conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and email.
Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
Represent Anduril's brand internally and externally to attract candidates.
Elevate recruitment practices and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
