Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to lead software hiring within the Air Dominance and Strike division. Hybrid onsite in Washington, D.C.

You will autonomously drive recruiting strategy, use data-driven methods, and partner with leaders to shape long-term talent plans and improve interview-to-offer ratios. The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, DoD clearance eligibility, and experience with modern TA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in exec search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing organizational best practices.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and innovative processes to meet TA goals.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email.
• Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adapt strategies.
• Represent Anduril's brand and drive candidate experience across high-stakes projects.
