Qualifications

• Experience in IT software asset management and procurement processes.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Ability to manage software normalization and entitlement processes.
• Familiarity with software discovery and data reconciliation practices.
• Experience designing and implementing software validation or compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software normalization standards on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform analysis of software discovery and reconciliation data to improve data quality.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of approved software within ServiceNow.
• Create software entitlement models and lifecycle governance strategies.
• Collaborate on the rollout of a new software validation process with timelines.
