Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee and enhance ITAM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM and strong collaboration skills.

You will drive automation of asset lifecycle processes and ensure compliance across 325+ retail locations. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ServiceNow certifications, with a strong understanding of ITAM architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ITAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for ITAM capabilities.
• Design and implement ITAM capabilities aligned to platform strategy.
• Lead asset lifecycle processes from procurement through disposal.
