Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business for 5-99 employee companies across a defined territory. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and present TriNet's benefits, payroll and HR services to C-level executives and business owners.

You will build your own book of business, manage opportunities through a 3-6 month sales cycle, and collaborate with partners to maximize referrals and revenue. Commissions are part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit annual territory targets across multiple states and industries.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline via cold calls, email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualify opportunities quickly using target personas.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with decision makers.
• Execute a multi-step sales process and manage multiple opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator and quoting tools for daily tasks.
